We've integrated our customer's most requested features into a mid-sized ranch in the creation of this attractive new design. The elegant brick exterior is accented with a "Palladian" window, multi-level trim and an inviting front porch. A "cost-cutting" 6:12 main roof pitch, an exquisite master suite, a 3-car garage, and a large screened porch are sure to make this 1992 square foot home irresistible. The exceptional master suite, with direct access to the deck, a sitting area, full-featured bath, and spacious walk-in closet, create a true "Master's Retreat." A bay window brightens the breakfast room and kitchen. Vaulted or trayed ceilings adorn the living, family room, dining, and master suite. Other rooms have 9' ceilings. The secondary bedrooms each measuring apx. 13' x 11' have walk-in closets and share a "Jack and Jill" bath. The screened porch measures apx. 15'x14'.
This plan will come with a siding option along with brick option.

The roof over front porch is a 6:12 slope. The chimney passes throught the roof peak and has no need of an added cricket/saddle. The main roof pitch (front to back) is 6:12 and the gables are 10:12 (side to side). Stated roof loading is 40 psf. By vaulted, we simply mean sloped. A cathedral will "vault" up from both sides.

Master closet is 9'-5" x 4'-8" (5'-6" at deeper area to left).
If you search for plan 27610 you will find the same design (for the most part) with stairs designed in for an optional bonus room.
