A: This plan was developed for an owner who had no septic system. A shower discharges only graywater, allowed in this particular municipality. It would be fairly easy to add a toilet and sink.
A: it can meet code with certain modifications.
A: I am not sure…I believe its called a multi-kitchen and there may be many manufacturers. My clients actually found it on Craigslist.
