A:The dishwasher is located next to the sink under the counter facing the great room.
Not sure what you mean by a hotel” heating unit. If you are referring to a single wall unit it cannot serve an entire house with bedrooms

Q:if you build this house on a slab, where is the a/c system located and the supply and return vents? I am very interested in building this house. I cannot afford a basement and the subdivision does not allow crawl spaces. Thanks and I look forward to getting an e-mail response.
A:The A/C system can be located within the attic spaces next to the balcony area and bedrm #3. The supply and return ducts would be placed by the hvac contractor and should be very short run right back to the units themselves. Their might be two smaller units rather than 1 large.
