Q:is there a plan like this one without the small bedroom 2 to the right off the living room? One with just 2 larger secondary bedrooms like in plan 82406?
A:We have many different versions of this plan available. However, at this point, one with that particular bedroom eliminated is not one of the options. This is certainly something that can be modified, though.

What is included in the Total Living Area of 3385 square feet? The heated and cooled spaces of both the main and upper living areas.
What is the 195 sf of Upper Living Area considered? The bath, closet, and staircase are counted in this total.
Where is the Bonus area of 443 sf? This area is labeled as Bonus Room.
