Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Consider this house with a full basement option, and the Laundry and PWDR room ( the 'utility' room), that sits in the garage space. Is there a full foundation under that 'utility' room? Or, does it simply sit on the garage slab, and, if so, are the steps up to that 'utility' room, located in the garage?
A:The perimeter to the first floor heated area is the same as the perimeter of the full basement. The step into the house can be as low as you like. The house is drawn with a 5" change of elevation between the house and the garage. Let me know what other questions you have.
