A: Hi, I'm considering the plans, but have some questions: Trusses or rafters? Trusses designed for any particular roof loading? the snow load is 75 Are details included for framing stairs/opening to the 2nd floor? You have the details for the stairs. Is porch plan included? yes, The Is it concrete or wood? wood Is the basement under the porch or just the enclosed area of the house? No basement, are the porch columns supported by a foundation or piers? Piers, is the foundation plan independent from the other drawings? It’s not, you can see the basement in the elevation. Can it be interchanged/redrawn (i.e., to the slab) without affecting the other drawings? It can’t, you need to choose the slab option if it’s the foundation that you want.
A: Hi, Most likely the furnace could he put in the basement. The water heater is already in the basement so there could be a mechanical room put there. Hope this helps! Jessica

A: The garage could be located on the right side of the house, beside the living room. You would then be able to include an access to the house in the garage via the living room.
