Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Hi, I like this plan, but I am wondering if there's a version of it that does not have the second floor and the total square feet at around 2600?
A:I regret we don’t have a pre-drawn version that meets those requirements. Feel free to submit a modification request with the spaces they’re willing to sacrifice sq. ft. in

Q:Quick question, would you be able to tell me the width of the garage doors on plan # 72245? There should be 3 separate bays but I cannot read the print to see how wide the garage door opening actually is
A:The garage doors are 9’ W x 8’ H

Q:can this plan be ordered without the basement option? Do you also have something real similar that is 2400 to 2400 sf? We will definitely wan the mother n law addition but don't quite need the 2830 sf. Would like around 2400 with a bonus room option
A:Plans will need to be modified to have a basement. We have plans 98267 & 72221 around 2500 SF. These homes could be modified to include an in-law suite (which would add more sq. ft.). Feel free to submit a modification request for any of the homes suggested and we’ll be happy to help.

Q:How can the basement be 3316 SF and the main floor is 2830 SF? The in-law suite is listed as 694 SF in one of the prior answers. Wouldn't the main floor be 3316-694
A:Wall thicknesses affect square footage. Basement in under the entire house.

Q:Hi, I like this plan, but was wondering if there's a version of t that does not have the in-law suite?
A:Please see plans 98267, 72221 and 72170.
Date Posted: 17-Jan-17
Q:What would be the total sq. ft without the in-law suite? I tried to calculate but my numbers didn't match the ones listed. Could we delete the inlaw suite and convert to 2 full baths for the bedrooms instead of sharing? If so, could you tell me the heated sq. feet for the main floor only?
A:• Total Heated: 2830 Sq. Ft.
• First Floor: 2830 Sq. Ft.
• Second Floor: 454 Sq. Ft.
• Bonus Room: 600 Sq. Ft.
• In-Law Suite (future): 694 Sq. Ft.
• 4-Seasons (future): 289 Sq. Ft.
• Basement: 3316 Sq. Ft.
• Garage: 953 Sq. Ft.
We could probably split the desk area and jack and jill bathroom into two standard baths (likely 5x8 each). Please submit a modification request with client ID # or name so we can quote it.

Q:Is there a similar plan that is slightly smaller, with three stalls and an in law suite?
A:Similar plans include: 98267, 72170, 72220 and 58253.
Date Posted: 29-Dec-16
Q:What are the dimensions of the house (main floor only) WITHOUT the in law suite and garage, please? Thanks!
A:From master to bedroom #3 its roughly 85’
From covered front porch to covered rear porch its roughly 59’
Date Posted: 15-Nov-16
Q:Why 2830 sq ft on main level and 3316 basement sq ft?
A:On the first floor, the in-law suite is considered future space and not counted as part of the heated sq. ft.
On the basement, the area below the inlaw suite is included in all of the basement “future” sq. ft.
