A: The working drawings will come complete with an informative cover sheet, crawl space foundation, floor framing plan, floor plan, ceiling framing plan, door and window schedules, square footage schedule, roof plan, foundation footing details for all available foundation types, exterior elevations, interior elevations, electrical plans, electrical schedules, building sections, details of special construction such as the cornice. In addition, there are specifications with schedules and legends that allow the plan purchaser to select all specification items according to ones taste and budget. In addition, an optional concrete slab foundation is available for this plan. HVAC plans are not included due to numerous variations that can only be determined by exact construction location. A: With space at a premium in this small compact design, we suggest using an “on demand” water heater which we indicate on the plan as being located in the utility room. Although mechanical plans are not a part of pre-drawn plans, we suggest locating the heat and ac equipment in the attic space. Please advise if we can be of further assistance.

Regarding the mbr closet, it is 6-6x5-8 3. Regarding the laundry room, it is 5x6 4. Regarding the ceiling heights, all ceilings are 9’ except for the mbr which has stepped up ceilings that are 11’. Please note the room dimensions shown above are construction dimensions taken directly from the working drawings.
