Thank you for your interest in our garage plan. The garage door opening is 16'x7'. The plans call for 2x4x10 studs. If you wish to substitute 2x4 for 2x6 framing and truss systems you will need to make those changes locally. We do not make changes to our plans, so you may want to consider a reproducible master giving you permission to make any necessary changes to the blueprint. The plans may be ready for you to submit to your local building department for permits, but that will vary depending on your local area and building requirements. They may require some changes to be made locally. The plans are not signed or stamped by an engineer or architect and will not call for hurricane clips on the roof truss system. We ship our plans UPS.
