A: The Mud room has a bench that could be a locker/cabinet, it's closed on the living room side. That kind of pantry is called a "hidden pantry", it appears to be a normal 36" pantry-cabinet next to the refrigerator but when you open the doors it reveals a walk-in pantry behind it.
A: Wall and ceiling cross sections are included in the set, floor and roof truss engineering is done by the local manufacturer to ensure they meet local codes as well as IRC.
A: Hello, The basement comes as an unfinished, non walkout type with approx. 9' ceiling height. We have used prefab floor joists to span front to rear, with one main beam through the middle, with 5 support posts equally spaced under the beam. See attached basement image. Perhaps you would like to sketch the basement level onto the image and send it back to us for a quote to modify the plans. The image shows the basement layout. The bottom of your screen is the front of the house. If you intend to finish the basement, interior walls can replace some or all of the support posts as needed. Since this home is not yet built, we should design the basement structural to best fit the layout you have in mind, not the other way around. So we can review your design layout and adjust the basement supports as needed. Have a good day!
A: Only the Garages are figured from outside walls, Interior rooms sizes are typically figured inside to inside and rounded to within one wall thickness. The exceptions on this plan is the Dining room (inside) dimensions are about 11'-4" x 11'-8" and the Master Suite is about 12'-8" x 15'-0".

I would suggest having the contractor use 32” minimums on all doors and also move the Master suite door back to line up with the hallway, maybe even widen the hall 6” or so, use the extra hall space for another linen closet or increase the pantry width.
