Q:If I would like to move the entry up to line up with the back of the garage would this need to be redrawn for this to occur or would the builder be able to handle this with no issue?
A:We can modify the plans or you can have your builder do it on site. Most counties require the built product to match the plans, so that is your call. Please call if you would like a modification quote.

Q:I am looking into placing an order for a floorplan on your website. Before I place the order, can you tell me what the timeline is to receive the AutoCAD files for House #41174 with a full basement? We need to turn the plans around quickly, so if we need to wait for a CD to be mailed over, then we'll have to look at another option.
