Q:What are the ceiling heights, and are they vaulted anywhere? Or any tray ceilings?
A:The Ceiling hright is 8', all ceilings are flat however they are framed with pre manufactured trusses so the ceiling can be modfied foe cathedral and trayed ceilings,
Q:What is the roof pitch? Are the rough openings and sizes of the windows dimensioned? Where is the basement located?

2. The sizes of the windows are called out, rough openings are determined by which window manufacturer you choose to obtain your windows from.
3. The basement stairs are located where the furnace/laundry area is with the non-basement design.
Q:What type of ceilingis are in the livingroom and diningroom?
A:The ceilings are 8'-0" flat, they are framed with pre-manufactured trusses so they could be vaulted if desired.
Q:What are the garage door dimensions.
A:The garage door is 16'-0" x 7'-0"
Q:I understand the list will not detail every little thing needed for construction. But will it list the the major items and quantities such as 2x4, floor joists, and roof sheeting material? My inspector told me I can build without the plans but if it details the major things I need it would be worth the money.
A:The list contains the major framing and sheathing materials along with casework, windows, doors, and water heater.
Q:Hi I was wondering does the plans list a quantity on every material required for construction? I am planing to build it myself and I feel the cost sheet is a little high and probably includes labor. If I knew the quantity on every material I think I could get accurate material cost. Also on the plan what is the box with the X in the master bath across from the toilet? A shower possibly? Thanks, Jon
