Are drawings are produced at 1/4"=1'-0", except the site plan.

Ground snow load 40 psf, most cottage designs 60 psf.
Electrical fixtures / switches / smoke alarms by location on floor plans.
Plumbing fixtures by location on floor plans.
Windows are called out as generic nominal sizes on floor plans, opening directions indicated on elevations.
Items not including with plans:
Interior cabinet elevations.
Situations beyond the scope of these drawings:
High wind speeds.
Seismic, shear walls, holddowns, nailing patterns.

Q:can i take my large truck camper off the truck inside this garage ?
A:Thank you for your inquiry,
This garage is classified as an RV garage plan. The width is 18’ and the depth is 36’. The plate height for this plan is 14’ high; assuming 8” clearance to the grade level puts the bottom of the ease height at approximately 13’ 6”. Additionally, the plans call for a 12’ high, 10’ wide garage door.
This information should assist you in determining whether or not you could safely remove the camper while the truck is parked inside of the garage.
