Q:What is the difference between plan 40678 and 40603? They look like the same house plan to us. Thank you!!!
A:The floor plan is the same but the framing is different. 40603 is engineered to allow for a future 2nd floor.
Q:Can this be built on pilings
A:We can draw it on pilings but it would be up to a local engineer to drill test holes and design the pilings themselves and all pile bracing.
