However, she's also wanting to confirm that the total living area (5625), main living area (3087), and upper living area (2538) are what's listed on our site. A:Thanks for bringing attention to the width of the house. It is incorrect. It should be 76' not 86'. Apparently a type-o.
There are 7 bedrooms, 8 if you include the study.
6 full baths and 2 half baths.
Bedroom #4 is 12'-0" x 14'-0".
The closet for that bedroom is 6'-4 1/2" x 2'-6".
The mechanics are in the attic just off the rec room.
We have not created a full reverse for that plan as yet.
