Q:What size are the powder room? Could one go into utility area?
A:There is no set size for a powder room and sizes will vary based on the configuration that you wish. The laundry room presently would not have enough room to incorporate a half bath, so you would likely need to add additional footage to the design in order to accommodate it.

Q:What size is the: -sink area and total square footage of the 2nd bathroom -width of the hallway -size of the closets in bedroom 3 and 4
A:The sink area of bath 2 measures 5' x 8' and the tub/toilet area measures 5'-8" x 7'-10". The hallway is 3'-6" wide. Bedroom 2 closet is 2'-4" x 8'-4"...bedroom 3 closet is 7'-10" x 2'-8"...bedroom 4 closet is 3' x 7'-6".
