Q: Do you have side and rear elevation views? What are the most requested adds or changes to this plan? Every interested in this plan for my lake house.
A: Attached is a rear elevation sketch. We do not share side elevations. This new house plan was designed for a local client and we sold this same design with no modifications to another client who built it in Mississippi. This would make a great lake home!
Q: Hello, I'm very interested in purchasing this house plan, and would like to know the dimensions of a few of the spaces in order to determine if I would need to make a few modifications. Would you please tell me the size of the garages and the elevator? Is there a pantry or space for one? If I want to remove the wet bar and/or the elevator, would it pose a structural problem? If I decide to keep the elevator, could it be fortified to double as a storm shelter? Thanks!
A: Garage is 28’4” x 22’ each. Elevator inside dimension is 5’ x 4’7”, Right now this kitchen do not have pantry, but you could have modifications done to convert wet bar area to pantry if you do not want wet bar. Changes can also be made to accommodate small storm shelter (6’ x 6’). You can contact our modifications department for a quote at 800-482-0464 ex. 410.
