Q:How big is the basement on this house? is it only the area marked in yellow or the full house minus porch and garage? Is this a 2x4 construction and are the trusses pre engineered? One last question, is the over the garage with attic trusses leaving the space open except for knee walls on the side for storage?
A:The basement is under the whole house except the porch and garage.
It is built with 2 x 6 walls
The trusses are not pre-engineered.
There is no attic space above the garage. The window in the gable is decorative not functional.

Q:what does the roof do on the right side of the house? Is it the same pitch the whole length?
A:The roof pitch on the left side of the house is 8/12. The pitch on the right side is 5/12.
