This brand new modern farmhouse home plan is almost 2400 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a two car garage. On the approach, the gorgeous front porch gets your attention. The covered wrap around porch is deep at both front corners and over 10 feet deep around back. Inside you enter through the foyer into an open floor plan with large kitchen. Beds 2 and 3 are connected via a Jack and jill bath and both have small walk in closets. The master suite is close to the laundry room and the garage is a side entry.

Q:Can the Great Room ceiling be vaulted?
A:The ceiling could be vaulted but would require a modification to the plans. The fee would be $395 and our current lead time is 5-7 weeks. This is likely an easy change for your builder to make as well.

Q:I purchased this set of plans. Our contractor noticed on the electrical layout. It doesn't show the plug and switch placement. Is this something extra or just not included on the plan.
A:The plugs are shown, but switches are not. These are to be located by the owner with the electrician based on the owner's preferences.
