A: No, sorry I do not. You could look into modifying the plan. I could modify the foundation and floor plan and get exactly what you want. Leaving the elevations, roof plans, electrical plan and section views as is.
A: Plan does show a crawlspace plan showing the floor joists and footings, etc. There is a floor joist space chart on it also. Floor joist are not sized as they could several types of joist. Heated area is 35’ x 35’ because that’s the way it was desiged. Thank you, Mike Davis

Ceilings are flat in this plan. However, any of the rooms could have either a "V" vault or a box vault if desired. Water heater goes in the attic accessed by a hatch in the closet. Again if desired could be moved to one of the large closets if desired. Dormers are decorational........The front dormer could have be light functional by vaulting to to the window.
