Q:Can you please point out or tell me where stairs to a basement would be and how the main level would be effected. Also, I can't quite read the main living space ceiling height. Lastly, what are CH and W units? Are there 2 water heater storage areas? Thanks so very much.
A:The basement stairs go back down under the stairs
that go up to the bonus room.
The Great room ceiling is 11'-0"
There are 2 mechanical areas with central heat and hot water tanks.

Q:1. What does W and CH Stand for on the plan at two different locations. And what is this they both to have doors opening from outside. 2. Could the closet at the bedroom near the service entrance be put in the corner of that bedroom so that space could be used to make a family and friend entrance. I realize it would make that bedroom smaller. 3. I want to put a 30 inch double oven, a microwave, dish washer and trash compacter, is there enough space for all. 4. How long is the counter where the kitchen stools goes. Thanks

A:We measure all the heated and cooled areas from the outside
of the walls as per standard practices.
We do not count patios, porches or garages in the heated and cooled space.
