A:It's for appearance only. Could have louver vents or windows in the dormers.

A:Yes, plan can have probably any kind of vault you can think of.

Q:Is there an upstairs room or storage area. If so, where are the steps leading to the 2nd floor?
A:There is no upper rooms as it is. There is plenty of room for storage which would accessible by a pull down stair located where you would want it,

Q:Would it be possible to put the plan over a basement and have the wrap around porch built like a deck supported by pilings? Would that be able to support the load of the roof?
A:I don't see where that would be a problem. As we do not offer basement design, that would have to be done by a local designer. If you want to take that route I would be glad to send the designer a CAD file of the floor plan only for their use. Thanks for the question.
