Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:What is the difference in the walkout basement foundation that the plan comes with and a crawlspace foundation. Could the walkout basement be built on level lot above ground?
Removing the walkout basement would mean there would be no more basement and would eliminate the 3 bedrooms that are there.

Q:Are the upper level ceilings 9 foot all across or get taller toward center because they are cathedral ceilings?
The main level starts at 9’-0’’ and goes up to 13’-0’’.
