These plans comply with basic FHA/VA regulations, and meet (CABO) one and two family dwelling code. Check with your builder regarding local codes that may vary. Minor alterations can be made by your local builder without drawing new plans. The owner and contractor assume the responsibility to meet all local codes.

DETAILS-We furnish any necessary sections for construction of the home like Wall Sections, Stair Sections, Foundation Sections, Electrical Plan, Roof Plan, Cabinet Elevations, Ceiling Joist Layout, and Floor Joist Layout.

Q:Do these plans comply with Massachusetts building codes that include the fairly recent "hurricane" requirements?
A:The plans may not show certain connectors ( bolts size and spacing, nail size and spacing, tie down straps, clips, etc.) That can change from county to county. Your county should be able to give you a list of their required connectors. It does not change the design of the home. Specified structural members of the house far exceed the minimum code requirements.
