A:This plan meets IRC 2018. Keep in mind, your local county/city may have additional code requirements that we aren't familiar with. In that case, someone in your area may have to bring it up to their codes.
Q:The plan says that includes A/C and Heat Duct Layout & Heat Loss/Gain On Request. Will you confirm that this is still included with my purchase?

I am so sorry for the delay. Our plans do include a schematic duct layout. We do not include the heat loss/gain any longer because there are too many different variables but your local power company will normally do that for you.
Q:Does the plan show windows,doors,and roof shingles?

The window and door sizes are labeled on the floor plan. Shingles are labeled as the roofing but there is not a count.
Q:How much is an unlimited build license for the PDF?

Q:What is the thickness of the slab? Is there a border around the slab?
A:We show a 4" slab. I'm not sure what you mean by a border. If you mean a
brick ledge, there is not one because we do not show brick on the house, we
show vinyl siding.
