• At the vaulted ceiling over the great room, there are 2x12 #2 DF-L rafters framing out the roof above.
• At the 2nd floor owners’ suite behind the great room, there are trusses framing out the roof.

Q:where does the furnace and hot water tank go?
Thank you for your inquiry regarding plan 41319. The water tank is located in the leftmost downstairs bedroom inside the closet. The home currently has a fireplace as the heat source, and if you would like a furnace the location of it is a decision made during construction of the home with the assistance of your chosen contractor.
