Q:where does the furnace and hot water tank go?
A:Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding plan 41319. The water tank is located in the leftmost downstairs bedroom inside the closet. The home currently has a fireplace as the heat source, and if you would like a furnace the location of it is a decision made during construction of the home with the assistance of your chosen contractor.
