1/4" scale front and rear and side elevations.
1/4” scale foundation plans which do include floor & ceiling framing member specifications.
1/2” scale typical wall sections and all foundation section details.
Roof plans are provided with every package. This will show all roof slopes and a roof framing detail.
Miscellaneous details as needed per house plan.
Kitchen/ bath cabinet elevations are provided.

Q:Will you send a rough drawing of the basement floor plan?
A:We do not have a floorplan in the basement itself. The web plan shows the stair location from the main floor.
Q:Hello Could you tell me the window and door sizes for this plan?
A:We do not give out full door and window schedules prior to purchase. Our standards are a minimum of 32” wide doors for entry into bedrooms, 36” main cased openings, & entry/exit doors. Other doors will vary in width. Our standard heights are 6’8” for 9’ ceilings and 8’ for 10’+ ceiling heights.
Windows vary greatly so we can only share the front porch windows: 2’6” x 6’.
Q:Is there a way to see this from all angles?
A:No. We only provide the views already on the website, the front and rear.
