Q:Can the garage be moved to the rear?
A:Given the layout of this particular plan, it would be very difficult and costly to put the garage on the rear. It would likely be an easier modification if you found a plan with a rear garage and modified it to have this front. Plan 56703 might be a better starting plan.

Q:Does this plan require brick exterior? We were thinking of siding and some stone on the bump outs .
A:Brick is shown, but not required. You can make adjustments to the exterior materials with your builder.
