A:Hello. Yes, it would comply with the 2000 codes as well. Structural, mechanical, gas, electrical, and plumbing would be provided by each perspective engineer and will also be to the current code which would comply with earlier codes.

1st floor living is 3228 plus 2nd floor 1122
For a total of 4350 of living space
2nd floor living(1122) and balcony(525) come out to 1647 on the second floor
1st floor living (3228) plus lanai (1054) plus garage (897) and the entry (110) comes out to 5289 on the first floor
The grand total for all of it is 6936 square feet.
