A:The total depth shown of 47'-4" is correct. This is the depth from the rear of bedroom 2 to the front of the garage/front porch.

Q:Is this a simple ranch roof?
A:Not sure what you are referring to as a "ranch" roof. The roof is a gable roof with an 8:12 pitch.
