Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Has this plan ever been built with an accessible attic floor? How much sqft would the attic floor have even if unfinished? Where would you suggest a staircase to a basement be added? Thanks.
A:You can have a drop down attic stair in the hall way. I think that given headroom you could probably have about 250-300 sqft of attic storage.
I think the only place to put in a basement stair would be from the foyer with the stair heading in the direction of the Master Bedroom.
It would impact the bedroom closet however.
