The ductwork, venting, and other details will vary depending on the type of heating and cooling system (forced air, hot water, electric, solar) and the type of energy (gas, oil, electricity, solar) you use. The details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers

I have a large family and really need to have a better understanding of the dimensions of spaces that the kids will share? 1) Detail mesurements for the kitchen and the nook? 2) what is the size of the island? 3) size of sink and prep space on each side? 3) Is that a Raised counter top on island???? How wide is that? 4. What is the size of the pantry Wall between living room and Nook at the end of the pantry Can this wall be opened up? Master Bathroom 1) What are the dimensions for each of the W.I.C.\ 2) Dimensions for Laundry Room?
Hello Again, What is the size of the garage? What is the size of the covered Patio? Is this available in CAD?
A:Some of these dimensions requested are difficult to calculate due to the various shapes of the rooms. There may be some differences (by inches) between these calculations and the completed plans.
Kitchen and Nook dimensions are From left to right - 17'2" and On diagonal from range to nook window - 22'0"
The size of the island is 7'5" x 2'0"
Size of sink and prep space on each size - Unable to give exact. It will depend on the sink purchased.
Raised counter top on island? - the counter top is at 42" Above Finished Floor
The counter top on island is 2'0" wide.
Size of pantry wall between living room and nook at end of pantry - Unable to give exact.
Can this be opened up? Yes, this is not load bearing.
Master Walk in closet dimensions are 5'0" x 6'10" (for each closet)
Laundry room dimension is 5'8" x 8'6"
Garage dimension is 23'8" x 21'0"
Covered patio dimensions are 9'9" on the diagonal (from nook to end of slab), 8'1" in width from family room to end of slab and 5'11" in depth from living room to end of slab.
