Q:How does the fron elevation and roof line change if you don’t do the optional upstairs portion?
A:It will be similar to the 72220 house plan.

Q:With a basement foundation, is this rendering correct, that you would enter the basement stairs closer to the main house? And does that make the upstairs entrance to the stairs closer to the garage? Reason I ask, is that the main level and basement layouts seem to conflict.
A:If on the first floor, the stairs to the basement will go down in a U-shape counter clock-wise (entry point closest to the garage)
If on the basement, the stairs to the first floor will go up in a U-shape clock-wise (entry point closest to storage)
Q:I was wondering if this plan would work on my lot. I have the dimensions but it's not a perfect square. Could you help me with this?
A:A house placement can be completed for an additional fee. Price will vary depending on whether PDF or CAD files are provided.
Q:What is the height of the vault that runs from the entry through the living room?
Q:If I order this plan does it include an elevation without the optional 2nd Story? If I choose to include the optional bathroom where is the closet located for bedroom 2? Many thanks!
A:There is no alternate elevation if the 2nd floor is eliminated. If you purchase PDF of CAD, our firm can design one for an additional fee, or a local designer can make the modification.
If the bathroom layout is used, a very small closet will be located within the bathroom area. We recommend a secondary closet to be added where the existing butler’s pantry is located.
Q:I am wondering what is the name of the brick shown in the second picture…the darker brick color. Not the color on main photo. Any info on that brick would be greatly appreciated.
A:Unfortunately, the brick shown is just for rendering purposes so we do not have a specific name or manufacturer for it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
