Q: Can the closet under the stairs use all of the space under the stairs? It looks like it’s just a small portion of it, is that correct?
A: Sure, not a problem
Q: What does the dotted rectangle in the living room, across from the front door, represent?
A: The slope of the ceiling where the stair continues up to the second floor.
Q: Hi, does this plan also include ducting for AC/Heating and electrical layouts? Could this plan be modified to have a slab foundation?
A: Hi, We don’t include HVAC drawings but we do include an electrical schematic. The plans could be modified to be on a slab.
Q: Does the listed square footage include the optional 4th bedroom and bathroom in it?
A: Yes it does
Q: 1. What does the circle in the bedroom 3 storage closet represent? 2. Is that a closet right across from the power room? 3. No pantry in the kitchen correct? 4. How wide is the laundry closet? 5. Would it be possible to make this a basement home? (My guess is any home can be made a basement home.)

A: The hallway is 3’-4” between the stairway, powder and laundry closet.
Q: What is the ceiling height in the master bathroom while standing in the tub? It looks like the roof line dips in this area. We are considering this house plan but my husband is quite tall and I want to make sure that he could stand in the tub with no issues.
A: The ceiling height is 10’-0”.
