A: Our material list lists give you a list of the calculated parameters needed to build quantities by your own practice. We do this because being a licensed builder I know first hand never trust just a list of materials if there is not a paper trail so to speak of how the quantities were calculated. Things like Deadwood, bracing and fasteners are rarely included and/or accurate at best. For example, If I told you it would take 300 2x4 studs to frame a house how would you know if my calculations we made by 1 stud every 12" which would include all "T" and "Corner" studs or was my calculation made every 16" and I added 3 per "T" and "Corner".
A: It was something I came up with it does not have a technical term that I know of. I do have some other plans with this style 78796, 78797, 78639, 78871, 78825
