A: No, there is no kitchen. It is a "backyard cottage" meant as a guest cabin or a hobby room detached from the main house where the usual amenities (like a kitchen) would be. Thanks for your interest in my work!
A: Yes, the plan is well detailed. Footings are shown at a depth of 4'-0" from grade and may be shallower in warmer climates, or may need to be deeper where winters colder than they are in Ohio where the plan was originated. The electrical layout shows the location of outlets, light fixtures but local electricians need to follow their codes for things like panel location, the amperage requirements, details that are not my field of expertise. The plumbing fixtures are shown but the local plumber is the one that puts it all together; the same as the electrician.

A: The structure will support a 40# snow load. It is not designed for seismic activity. It is meant to be a seasonal use (warm climate) and will have to be modified for year round living. The 'low headroom' means the highest point is 6'-0".
