Q: How tall is the attic storage space in this building? Can a fixed stairway be added instead of the pull down stairs to access the storage area?

A: Hello, The side walls of the attic are 5'-2" and the ceiling vaults to 8'. A fixed stairway can be added, please fill out a modification request form for a quote on this change. Thank you!

Q: Would you happen to have a material list for this plan so I can figure out the cost of the building itself? Unless you have a rough estimate then that would be great. I would also like to know the length of the studs for the garage and the ceiling hight of the second floor at the peak and side walls.

A: Sorry, no materials list. 13' studs... engineered attic trusses 8'-0" peak in the attic, 5'-2" side walls Thank you!

Q: what are the 4 short "walls" pictured on the drawings?

A: designed to be shear walls to prevent the building from twisting.

Q: Are there any interior structural bearing locations or do the roof/attic trusses clear-span to the exterior walls?

A: No interior post... we just span it with the trusses.
