A: 4 garage doors in the outer shop area: 10' X 9' Front heated shop on exterior wall: 18' X 12' Rear door from heated shop into outer shop area: 10' X 10'

Q: What is the load rating of the loft floor as designed in lbs..square. foot?

A: 40 lbs live 10 lbs dead PSF ... can be adjusted up by using a larger bottom chord on the truss.

A: 8' at the low point... 8'-7" at the high point.

A: None, we used gambrel attic roof trusses which allowed us to remove any post in this area...
