Q:Hi I was wondering does the plans list a quantity on every material required for construction? I am planing to build it myself and I feel the cost sheet is a little high and probably includes labor. If I knew the quantity on every material I think I could get accurate material cost. Also on the plan what is the box with the X in the master bath across from the toilet? A shower possibly? Thanks, Jon
A:The material list is for an estimate only and may not list every material used in the building of the building. The symbol in the master bath toilet room is a shower.
