Q:Do you have any pictures/renderings of this house other than the ones on your website? How tall are the ceilings in the kitchen/dining room and bedrooms? How far does the vaulted ceiling extend? Does it cover just the living room or also the dining room? How wide are the inside doors and entry doors? How many windows are in each bedroom?
Unfortunately, we do not have any pictures of the home after construction. The ceiling height throughout is 8' with the exception of the 11' vault in the living room (only covers living room area). The front entry door is 3' wide and the back door is 2'-8" wide. All bedroom doors are 2'-6" and bathroom doors are 2' wide. There are two windows in the master bedroom and one window in each other bedroom.

Q:Hi I was just wondering can the plants be done with 2 x 6 Exterior walls. Also plan 96559 have a material list availability
A:Yes, we do have this plan available with 2 x 6 exterior walls at no additional charge. A material list is also available for $60.

A:No, this plan is drawn with 2 x 4 exterior walls. That may be something your builder can change as he is building the home if your planning department would allow it. Or you can use the modification tab on the plans detail's page to obtain a quote on changing the plan.

Q:roof pitch not shown and can trusses on a 8/12 work on this plan
A:The roof pitch is an 8:12 with a 4:12 on the front porch. The plan calls for stick framing but trusses can be used if that change is approved by the builder, planning commission, etc.
