Q:Please send a list of specifically what is included in this plan. Do you have this plan in metric measurements?
A:It has floor plans, elevations, foundation plan and typical sections, roof diagram, etc. Everything to be able to build the house. If wanted a materials list can be purchased as well to show what materials are needed to build the house.It’s not available in metric measurement unfortunately.

Q:What is the roof pitch? What the height of the ceiling? What are the dimensions of the second floor? What size are the floor joists of the second floor? Are they 16 on center for running duct work? Are they quiet trusses?

Q:Are the vertical 2x4's in the living/dining 23'-24' in length from the ridge beam to the floor?
A:Yes..The ridge height is 23'. This plan is available with a material list with lumber quantities and sizes needed to build the house.
