Q:We very much like this plan 59212; and we are considering purchasing this plan, however, my architect wanted to get an idea of the kind of layering you are doing on the CAD file. Can you send me an example, that I can forward to my architect, so that he has an idea of the level of complexity in the DWG CAD file? My architect said you would understand the nature of his question. He is concerned that there may be many, many layers, and it will take him more time to undo certain things, so he can make his modifications to the plan. My architect is wondering if you would send a sampling, of a DWG file that you have done, so he can get an idea of the complexity. We don't care what plan, or even a small snippet of a plan, including all sheets, so he can get a feel. If it's not complicated, we will proceed to purchase the plans. MAIN QUESTION: Can we get a sampling of a CAD file, for another plan or something, so he can get a feel of the complexity and layering? Thank you so much, and this plan is awesome!
A:Hello, Yes, we can send an example for him, but I cannot do it through this email link.
You will have to provide us with your email address so I can send it directly.
Send an email to us at [email protected] and we will reply to that email with the files.
We use a simple layer system with just a few layers, maybe 5 or 6 layers.. we don’t like complicated….

Q:Dou you have a 4 beds smaller version or other variants of this floor plan?
A:Hello, We do not have that exact item. We do have several smaller variants of this though. See plans 59106, 59114, 59070, 59010, 59011 , 59021and several other, even smaller than the last one. Let me know if you need them much smaller. The plans I listed here are mostly three bedroom, but all of them could be modified to have four, if that’s what your looking for. The media room/hobby/office in these plans takes care of what most people use a fourth bedroom for. Have a wonderful day and God bless!
