Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Do you have any views of the inside showing the ceilings? Is it an open beam ceiling in the living room? Is it vaulted ceiling in the living room? Can the other rooms be vaulted such as the master? Are all the bedrooms flat 9' ceilings? If the kitchen is not vaulted, can there be a rustic beam to make it look more rustic?
A:Good day ,
We don’t have pictures inside showing the ceiling,
It’s not an open-beam ceiling.
The living room has vaulted ceilings,
Other rooms can be vaulted but we need to do modification for that.
All the other rooms except the living room have a 9’ ceiling.
You can add rustic beams, in the kitchen only with the construction but you can add that to the plan too.
Q:Can you let me know the dimensions for the Master Bath, Master WIC and also the distance the Living/Dining Rm wall comes out?
A:Good morning,
The master bathroom is 6’-4’, x 14’-4’’
The master walk in closet is 6’-4’’ x 7’-0’’
And the living room comes out 5’-0’’
Thanks
Q:I would like this plan for beach house. What is wind loading for house since hurricanes are possible
A:Good morning,
Unfortunately the wind load is not something we can provide. It would need to be dealt with locally.
Regards.
Q:Does the great room have cathedral/vaulted ceilings? If so how does it transition to the hallway and kitchen?
A:The ceiling is sloped in the dining room at 15’-8’’
