Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Is the unfinished storage area suitable to be made into a room? What is the ceiling height? What are the dimensions and the space between the knee wall. If we do a steeper roof pitch, would it made a bonus room?
A:The space is a rather large space but there is only 4’-0” of 8’-0” high space and then the ceilings slope down to low walls. I would recommend the pitch over the garage be steeper if you want to have a room above the garage. This way you get more headroom. The depth on that room is 15’-4”.

Q:How wide is the unfinished storage space on the second floor for a person to be able to stand in it? We're thinking of using it as an office or craft room.
A:The 8’-0” headroom space is approximately 4’-0”.
