Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Where is the utility closet, HW tank and furnace? or is it the closet that mistook for washer/dryer?
A:Hello!
There is no utility closet in this home. The hot water heater would be a tankless and the washer and dryer are stackable in front of the door going outdoors.`
The furnace would need to be determined as per customer’s specs and needs
Thanks
Jessica
Q:This appears to be a flat roof. How is it constructed? I really like this house. If my Zoning Board approves it I will buy the plans.
A:Good day,
You will have to see a truss manufacturer with your plan. These are more prefabricated roof joist than actual trusses.
I hope this helps!
