All home plans are based on the following design assumptions: 8 foot basement ceiling height, 9 foot first floor ceiling height, 8 foot second floor ceiling height (if used), gable roof; 2 dormers, average roof pitch is 12:12, 1 to 2 covered porches, porch construction on foundations.

A:Is this plan available with 9' walls with a walkout basement on the rear side? We currently do not have a version of the “C” elevation with a walk out basement, but the “A” elevation does and it has a 9’-1” plate height. It would take a few hours to transfer and modify the differences between the “A” and “C” elevation

Floor truss plan Basement stairs No, the joists are joists, not floor trusses. The plans can be modified to show this. The stairs have a generic stair detail included with the general details.
