A: Is this plan available with 9' walls with a walkout basement on the rear side? We currently do not have a version of the “C” elevation with a walk out basement, but the “A” elevation does and it has a 9’-1” plate height. It would take a few hours to transfer and modify the differences between the “A” and “C” elevation I would also like to verify the following is included in the construction drawings?
