This plan was designed with family living in mind. The floor plan maintains a good traffic flow on the first floor. Imagine peace and quiet in the first floor master suite while the children are in the children's play area on the second floor. Yes, a retreat from the stresses of the day can be found in the master suite while the healthy, noisiness of children playing is out of ear shot on the second floor. Why you even have the option to expand into the Bonus area! All this and an exterior accented with a Southern touch!

Previous Q & A
Previous Questions and Answers
Q:Do these plans comply with Massachusetts building codes that include the fairly recent "hurricane" requirements?
A:The plans may not show certain connectors ( bolts size and spacing, nail size and spacing, tie down straps, clips, etc.) That can change from county to county. Your county should be able to give you a list of their required connectors. It does not change the design of the home. Specified structural members of the house far exceed the minimum code requirements.
