Colonial Home Plans

Colonial home plans encompass a wide range of styles that draw influences from Dutch, English and French architecture. Our collection of Colonial home designs includes a variety of such classic Colonial style houses as the Garrison, Saltbox House Plans, Georgian, Dutch and Spanish. Simple, classic detailing characterizes these home plans. Symmetrical exterior styling, multi-pane windows and central front doors are often paired with design features such as dental molding, fanlights, palladium windows, shutters, large columns and pilasters.
The Colonial style home floor plan is still very popular today.
