Printed on a wide-format xerox machine to guarantee quality of the prints and very good legibility. Prints are printed on white bond paper. Reproducible plans are printed on eraseable vellum.

Unlimited licenses are $1000, and if other available foundation types or the opposite orientation (right reading reverse) are needed in the future, they are available as a courtesy in PDF format. The presentation floor plan image, and color rendering may also be used for marketing purposes if needed. We also offer single build additional licenses for $250 per build. Thanks!
A: Hello, Many people use the tankless type water heaters which mount almost anywhere on the exterior or interior wall. Standard tank type water heater could be located in the closet beside the hvac unit, in the pantry, or in the attic with a drain pan under it. Thanks.

Plan contents include the following- Cover page, Foundation plan with typical details, floor plan, four exterior views, typical wall section, cross section, ceiling framing, roof plan, interior cabinet drawings, and electrical layout. Please be sure to read the frequently asked questions at the website, especially the portion discussing local codes and permitting. It is likely that you will need to have additional content created, and obtain an architect or engineering stamp, depending on your local permitting requirements. One source for architect and engineering stamps is unlimited-options.com. They are a third party plan modification company. They have also helped many of our previous clients obtain the necessary stamps such as what your inquiring about. You can email them and ask about your specific county. They seem to have a network of people and have always been able to assist clients with this sort of issue. Thanks.
