Q:Do you have plan 59989 with a slab vs basement. Also reversed.
A:Hello, Sure, see plan 59974 which is the slab version. It is available with the right reading reverse option.
Thanks!
Q:Is this plan “59989” available without the basement? We would just want the crawl space.
A:Sure, see plan 59974 for the crawlspace foundation option.
Q:What is the unfinished basement square footage for this plan? Would it be the same as the main floor at 2023 or a little smaller?
A:Everything else has basement under it. The 2089 footage includes the basement stairs area, which was classified as unheated footage on the first floor.
The basement is unfinished, non walkout type with 9' ceiling height. Windows/window wells, or doors can be added onsite, or through the modification process. This basement is open space everywhere, except for five support posts. Four of them are in a row from the rear wall of stairwell to the right, and another under bedroom #2. It is possible to replace some or all of the support posts with stud walls, if you end up finishing some or all of the basement.
Have a good day.
